Smart Project launched distance trainings for the Duty Free stores employees
On April 23, 2020, the Smart Project advertising agency organized and performed distance training sessions for the staff of Duty Free stores located at the airports of Sheremetyevo, Vnukovo, Domodedovo and Mineralnye Vody. Tuition was provided by representatives of such alcohol companies as Abrau-Durso Russian Wine House, Rémy Cointreau, Whyte & Mackay and Baron Philippe de Rothschild S.A. During the first day, there were trained 145 employees of the operators Dufry, RegStaer and Imperial Duty Free.
A few days after the successful launch, on April 29, Smart Project, together with the Scottish brand Whyte and Mackay, decided to surprise the audience by inviting a star guest Richard Paterson to make a speech. Over 50 years of working at Whyte & Mackay, he has gained a reputation as one of the most influential person in the world of whiskey, and his opinion on this category of alcohol enjoys absolute authority. This time the online training participants were employees of Duty Free shops from Moscow, Kazan, Vyborg and Vladivostok.
“I will always repeat that the greatest value of any company is its employees. Their professionalism and involvement in the business processes is one of the main factors in the success of the company. At this difficult moment, Smart Project, together with our partners, continues to invest time and money in staff training. Now we are developing our debugged training programs and launching them in a new distance format”, – said Nadezhda Emelianenko, Smart Project CEO.
Right after May public holidays, Smart Project advertising agency would prepare and organize trainings for perfume brands represented in Duty Free stores. Perfume Holding, a manufacturer of perfumes and cosmetics in the Lifestyle, Prestige and Niche segments, has already confirmed its participation.
